Summer Small Groups (Register!)

Date: Regularly on Fridays 

Time: 7pm-9pm

Regularly in the Terrace Rooms. However, July 3rd, location will be coordinated by your small group leaders! (If you don't know where you belong, please email me to get plugged in).

Summer small groups are back! We are so excited to go through Scripture together and have fellowship in these groups. This summer we'll learn from the Apostle Peter about the hope an elect exile of God has in this foreign world, so that we can stand firm and endure suffering.

Dating Seminars (Register!)

Date: Sunday, July 12th

Time: 5:30pm-8:30pm

Have you ever wondered what the Bible had to say about dating? Well... there's not much explicitly because that wasn't a concept in the ancient near east. However, it is very much a concept for us today, and much of Scripture does give us good principles to stand on as we consider how to date! Please join JJ Engelbrecht, Ashley-Rose Blackwell, and myself, as we venture to tackle this topic of dating in three sessions on Sunday evening. We'll be going over the purpose of dating, the pitfalls of dating, and the practicals of dating. There will also be a Q&A panel towards the end of the night, so please send in those questions through the registration form. You won't want to miss this!

Abide Send-Off Worship Night (Register!)

Date: Friday, August 7th

Time: Doors Open @ 5:30pm; Event starts at 6:00pm

 

We are hosting a worship night as a final summer event! We pray that this event would be an encouraging and equipping time as your head into the next season of your life. Our theme this year taking a look at the Creator-Creation distinction. God is holy, eternal, and all-powerful, dwelling in unapproachable light (1 Timothy 6:15-16) and yet is the very same God who is mindful of you (Psalm 8:3-4). Come join us as Pastor Jesse Johnson preaches from God's Word, and we'll respond together in song, marveling at a God who is both infinitely exalted and yet intimately near. Afterwards we will have a small reception in the Atrium with cookies! 

 

This year we are inviting local churches' college ministries to join us in a time of worship, so please invite your friends! Come ready to worship alongside other college-aged believers before the next season of your life begins!
