Teacher Training Class
Pastor Dan Crabtree will offer a monthly Teacher Training class for anyone who teaches the Bible in any context at 9:30am in room B209 on the first Sunday of each month (January 4, February 1, March 1, May 3, June 7). Dan will open up God’s Word to give you theological and practical guidance on how to effectively deliver the Scriptures for maximum kingdom impact. He will cover how to study the text, how to structure your lessons, how to illustrate and apply those truths, and how to faithfully proclaim the glories of Christ wherever you teach. Unfortunately, these statistics describe too many people, which is why we offer Financial Peace University. Using biblical principles and the practical experience of author and radio host Dave Ramsey, FPU covers the “nuts and bolts” of debt, saving, budgeting, investing, insurance, giving and more. Nine DVD-based lessons facilitate classroom discussion, presented in a simple, easy-to understand, and often humorous way. The course includes a comprehensive workbook, budget and planning materials, trained coaches, and access to additional resources on the FPU website.

Right Now Media Subscription
Immanuel participates in a church-wide subscription to Right Now Media. This streaming platform provides thousands of Bible studies, teaching and training content from a wide variety of Christian authors and teachers. Groups must provide their own study guides, but the video teaching in a study is usually on the Right Now Media site. Right Now Media also has a large section of children’s content.
