Ministry Philosophy

We believe it is part of the church’s calling to help parents tell the next generations the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord.  With that in mind, our purpose is to reach the Next Generation with the Gospel of Christ through:

• Providing Biblical, creative, loving, and developmentally appropriate environments where leaders can share God’s Word and invest in a child’s life.

• Partnering with parents and encouraging them in their role as the primary disciplers of their children.

Mission Statement:

 

To help children know, accept, and become mature followers of Jesus Christ, by teaching them how to seek Him constantly, serve Him faithfully, and share Him boldly.

Curriculum:

We use the Gospel Project for Kids Curriculum, which gives each child the opportunity to go through the Bible three times during their time in KStation.  Each week, one lesson is taught to all children in KStation at a developmentally appropriate level and each child goes home with resources to reinforce what they’ve learned in class.

Safety & Security:

Our central check-in system makes arriving and checking into KStation easy and safe for you and your child.  The first time you visit KStation, you’ll complete an online attendance form and receive wristbands for you and your child with matching numbers.  You must wear your wristband until you pick up your child from class (or nursery).  If we need to reach you for any reason, we will post your child’s wristband number on our LED boards in the Worship Center, Atrium and Gym.  If you are in an ABF (Adult Bible Fellowship class), the Nursery Coordinator or other KStation staff will come and find you.
