Arllen Ade
Pastor of Care and Counseling
Arllen comes to us with over two decades of ministry, counseling, and teaching experience, marked by a deep passion for shepherding hearts and helping people experience biblical transformation. He holds a Ph.D. in Professional Counseling and a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling, combining strong academic training with compassionate ministry. Arllen has served as a professional counselor at Liberty University (his alma mater), a regional pastor at McLean Bible Church, and a adjunct professor teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Arllen and his wife, Winnie, have been married for twenty-one years and have three children. Herself a psychiatric nurse and nurse administrator, she has been a faithful partner in ministry with Arllen as they serve families both locally and abroad.
