Joshua
Wednesday mornings, 9:30-11:30am
Joshua is a book where God’s faithfulness is evident through the transitions of leadership and His call to obedience and courage. As the Israelites enter and settle into the promised land, God’s commands seem difficult, but they are rooted in His steadfast love for them.
This truth is for ALL generations. We too face battles, trials and temptations as we strive to live in obedience and bring honor and glory to God. We can courageously stand against the devil and his schemes by trusting in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
This is a 10- session verse by verse study of Joshua. Each week there is video teaching, personal focus on Bible study and group discussion.

Precept: Jeremiah
Wednesday mornings, 9:30-11:30am
Jeremiah, a prophet appointed by God to speak a hard message. A call to His Word to heed His message through Jeremiah, that can bring healing and hope to all.
A Nation – God is very clear in His Word that neither Israel nor any other country can walk in unfaithfulness to Him and go unpunished.
A Message – The message is hard, but God’s heart is not judgment – it’s repentance. At any moment God can turn bad situations around. But we have to listen! Like their neighbors, God’s people in Jeremiah’s day preferred the message of “Peace, peace” not realizing they were a rebellious people at war with God, as Babylonian exile loomed before them.
A Man - Jeremiah’s prayers, struggles, questions, disappointments, doubts and fears will show you how to walk more honestly and as a result, more intimately with God. Through Jeremiah you will see how to serve God faithfully even in difficult situations and times.
May we have eyes to see…ears to hear…and hate every false way!

Joshua - Every Good Promise Fulfilled
Wednesday mornings, 9:30-11:30am
"None of the good promises the LORD had made to the house of Israel failed. Everything was fulfilled." Joshua 21:45

The book of Joshua chronicles God’s continuing faithfulness to fulfill His covenant promises to Abraham. It is a book of transitions, in which Joshua rises to leadership and the people of God step across the Jordan into the long-awaited land of promise. The task of possessing the land will test the limits of their strength and their courage, but God’s covenant will not fail them. And Joshua’s faithful example will whisper toward the perfect faithfulness of Christ Himself.

In this 10-session, verse-by-verse study of the book of Joshua, Jen Wilkin helps us see how God’s commands, though sometimes difficult, are always rooted in His steadfast love for His people. Israel’s story is our story. We battle not against flesh and blood as they did, but we courageously war against the temptations of the world, the flesh, and the devil, trusting in the finished work of the true and better Joshua, Jesus Christ."

Precept: 1, 2, 3 John
Thursday mornings, 9:30-11:30am
Join us as we take a journey through the scriptures with the Apostle John, an eyewitness to the life of Jesus Christ. John walked with Jesus on earth so it’s no wonder that he steps up to the plate when deceivers try to weave a story to lead believers away from the truth. In this Bible study on I John and 2 & 3 John, we will explore questions like, “How do you know if you're really born again?” “What does it mean to be holy?” “What does it mean to love God?” “How do you know the truth?” “How do you stay confident in the truth that you have learned and loved?” Find answers to these and other questions as you take an in-depth look at several fundamentals of Christian beliefs.

Evening Bible Studies

With the Master on Our Knees
Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm
Join us in this expository study on how to pray as we read through With the Master on Our Knees, written by Susan Heck. This will be an in-depth study of the saints’ prayers from both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, showing us how prayer is an essential part of a Christian’s maturity and sanctification. Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:18, “With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints…” and this study will show us how to be obedient to that instruction.
Here is Susan Heck’s description of the book we’ll be reading: “With the Master on Our Knees is an exciting in-depth study which promises to equip Christians for a deeper and more meaningful life of prayer. It will challenge you to pursue more meaningful prayer with the Master, and show by example how the Old and New Testament saints prayed. This expository Bible study includes homework questions at the end of each chapter for further learning. It is for individuals who desire a more intimate prayer life. It is the author’s hope that when you have finished this book, you will be delighted to start and reluctant to end your praying.”

Joseph, A Part of God’s
Redemptive Plan
Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm
God’s plan to redeem His people is the theme that runs through the entire Bible. Even the Old Testament stories look to the coming Messiah. The people He used are the links in the chain that connect Genesis to Revelation. In this study we will observe Joseph as one of those links that led to God’s redemptive plan. This will be more than just a character study of a faithful man but hopefully a view of God’s immense love for His people culminating in the promised Messiah.

This is a year long inductive study of the last 14 chapters of Genesis. Weekly observations at home will provide the source for our discussions. Applications to our lives will be emphasized.

Isaiah: The Lord Saves
Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm
This year-long study, guided by Kathleen Nielson’s thoughtful teaching, will help us understand Isaiah’s historical setting, trace its themes, and see how every page points us to the promised Messiah.

Isaiah reveals God’s breathtaking plan of redemption—His faithful work unfolding across all of history. We see how God responds to human sin not with abandonment, but with a gracious call to repentance and a promise of restoration. The prophet gives us a vivid portrait of Christ - His identity, mission, suffering, and His eternal reign – as he shows the gospel taking shape centuries before Jesus’ birth. What a reminder that redemption has always been God’s purpose!

Isaiah speaks powerfully to life in turbulent times. Written to people facing political upheaval, cultural confusion, spiritual compromise, and personal fear, its message still rings true today: trust the Lord, pursue righteousness, and cling to His promises.

Proverbs - The Way of Wisdom
Tuesday evenings, 7:00-8:30pm | Once a month
The book of Proverbs describes godly wisdom as a path that leads to life and flourishing. It also warns of the folly of worldly wisdom as a path that leads to the grave. Every day we face the choice between the true riches of God’s instruction or the fool’s gold of earthly pleasures and pursuits. How often do we call to mind the wisdom found in the sayings of Proverbs to shed light on the path before us? How relevant do we even believe these ancient words are to our modern world?
In The Way of Wisdom, Bible teachers Jen Wilkin, Ruth Chou Simons, Kelly Minter, Adrienne Camp, Elizabeth Woodson, and Courtney Doctor invite you to place your feet firmly on the path of life revealed in the book of Proverbs. As you consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money management, leadership influence, and more, you’ll discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to steadily walk God’s way in God’s world. Draw closer to God as your understanding of His wisdom grows.

2 Corintios
Wednesdays, 7pm-8:30pm
Paul’s first letter to the Corinthians produced the desired effect. For example, the immoral brother was expelled from the fellowship of the local church and showed deep repentance. In this, his second letter, Paul reveals his anxiety while awaiting a report from Titus concerning developments at Corinth. In the meantime, Paul experiences some of his darkest hours. Trouble appeared on every side. "Without were fightings; within were fears." Paul’s detractors made a threefold assault upon him; they attacked his person, his teaching, and his character. In the midst of all his troubles, Paul discovers not only that the "Father of mercies" was the "God of all comfort," but also that he could prove the all-sufficiency of God’s grace in his life. This study will help us to learn that blessing can come out of buffetings.
